By accessing or using EventScout, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.
Description of Service
EventScout is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to discover local events based on your location and interests. The app presents personalized event cards that you can save or dismiss, and sends reminders for saved events. Events are sourced from publicly available information across the web.
User Accounts
You must create an account using Apple Sign-In to use EventScout. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account information up to date.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use EventScout for any unlawful purpose, to misrepresent your location to access events in other regions, to attempt to circumvent rate limits or service restrictions, to reverse engineer or decompile any part of the service, or to use the service in any way that could damage or impair its operation.
Event Information
EventScout aggregates event information from publicly available sources using AI. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all event details (dates, times, locations, pricing) are correct or up to date. Always verify important details with the event organizer before attending. We are not responsible for cancelled, rescheduled, or misrepresented events.
Disclaimer of Warranties
EventScout is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of event information. Use of the service is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EventScout and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
